INFORMATION ABOUT POSTERS

• Poster room will be located next to the Palace Zofín.

• The poster boards covered by carpet will be 100 cm wide x 200 cm high

• Pins for posters will be available in the poster room.

• All posters should be mounted already in the afternoon on Thuersday, September 2 or in the morning on Friday, September 3 and stay displayed until Saturday evening, September 4.

• There will be two guided poster tours:

1. Friday, September 3 at 11.45 - 13.15
2. Saturday, September 4 at 11.45 - 13.15

• The presenting author is supposed to be present during this time at the poster session and briefly present the results.

• The official letter with information on the number of the poster, session, date and time of presentation will be mailed to the person who is indicated as correspondence author in the "Abstract acknowledgment card".

• Detailed information about oral and poster presentations is available on the web site (http://www.lf2.cuni.cz/info/espn99.htm).

• The final programme of the meeting will be also available on the web site before the end of August.
